Applied Virtual Simulation and Pivot Maritime Show Cutting-Edge Maritime Training Integration at Indo-Pacific 2025

Applied Virtual Simulation (AVS) is at Indo-Pacific 2025 (4–6 November), teaming up with our exceptional maritime partners Pivot Maritime International to showcase the next step in Australian-developed training technology. You’ll find us at Booth #3J84. Come by and see how two leading Australian SMEs are working together to bring integrated land and sea simulation to life.

At the show, we’re presenting the Littoral Craft Armament Training System (L-CATS) — a scalable, mixed reality training system for maritime weapons operators. Combining replica weaponry with haptic feedback and a dynamic motion platform, L-CATS fully immerses users in a virtual battlespace built from real-world terrain data.

L-CATS is fully interoperable with LScore 2.0, AVS’s next-generation simulation framework, ensuring seamless integration with broader ADF training and simulation environments. The result is enhanced realism, greater capability, and improved combat readiness for warfighters operating across land and sea.

Designed with flexibility and customisation in mind, L-CATS can be expanded with Coxswain or IOS/AAR stations, delivering a comprehensive multi-role maritime training solution.

Come and experience what’s possible when sophisticated integration meets Australian innovation — only at Indo-Pacific 2025.
